No need to compromise. With RWAM you get the benefit package you want with one bill, one enrolment, one benefit booklet and one renewal across all carriers and suppliers.  

And if the need arises to change carriers, a simple amendment is all that is required.


From Onboarding to Claims, RWAM offers an entirely digital experience.

Web Enrolment allows employees to complete their enrolment details, dependent information and beneficiary designation all online, complete with digital signature. Member materials are distributed electronically along with instructions on how to submit claims online or via the RWAM Mobile App. RWAM’s Plan Administrator Services Portal makes managing group benefits simple with the ability to add or terminate a plan member and retrieve meaningful reports as needed.

Of course, a fully digital solution isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, and for those clients looking for a more traditional approach to managing their group benefits plan, RWAM can accommodate that too.

From paper to web enrolment, and everything in between. With RWAM’s wide selection of Onboarding Options, we meet your clients where they are to ensure a seamless and simple new issue process for Plan Administrator and Plan Members.

And with multiple ways to access training, like video, PDF, and RWAM facilitated training sessions, Plan Administrators can feel confident in their roles.


RWAM offers real-time adjudication for pharmacy, dental and vision claims, reducing the out-of-pocket expenses to members.

Through the widely used TELUS Health eClaims portal, practitioner claims such as massage, physiotherapy, chiropractor, naturopath and many more can be submitted electronically by the practitioner directly to RWAM, with the goal of keeping more money in the pockets of members.

As a full-service TPA, RWAM manages the complete group benefits lifecycle under one roof – including claim payments and disability case management. 

With our highly specialized in-house team of Disability Case Managers and Rehabilitation Specialists, RWAM works closely with the Plan Member, Plan Sponsor and all medical professionals to ensure that an ill or injured plan member is getting the care and support that they need to return safely to their employment.
